Bidders

Bidders:  Search for existing bidders in the database or, Add New Bidders who are not currently in the database

• (A) View Registered Bidders, Search on All Users, Add a New User
• (B) Assign a Bidder Number to a current or a new User

 

(A) View Registered Bidders, Search on All Users, Add a New User

 

• Sort by header columns, including Bidder #, User Id, User Name, Email Address, Company, Address, Phone, if Consignor
• Use "Advanced Search" to search on multiple fields in the User database

(B) Assign a Bidder Number to a current or a new User

• Displays the Bidder types allowed for the auction and the Highest Bidder Number assigned to each type
• Select Bidder Type
• Issue Bidder Number
• If NEW, fill out balance of User information including mailing lists

 

SAVE & ASSIGN BIDDER NUMBER

 

Special Note: A bidder may be assigned more than one paddle number, but not of the same Bidder Type. For example; a bidder who chooses to place bids on a 3rd party Internet site like Bidsquare may be charged a higher buyer’s premium, but may also be assigned a paddle number and bid on the floor at a different rate.
