Mailing List Types

Add/Edit/Delete Mailing List Types for User segmentation. For example, by setting up a "Type" you may assign some clients to an "email only" list, or choose to add the same person to 2 lists; an "email only" list along with a "printed catalog" list, all for American Indian Art.

1) Set up Mailing List Types:

 

Under Mailing Lists/Lists you can create specific mailing lists and assign them a type and a group, then give them a website name and the mailing list will then be available for website registrants to subscribe to when registering on your website and they will also be able update their mailing list under My Account/Preferences. 

 

 

Internally, when setting up a new User, you can also assign a User to these Mailing Lists in the User File/General Tab
