Photography
On this page, you can bulk upload photos to the FWS image database in 2 ways:
1) Item Image Import
Import photos by Item ID (not related to specific auction)
Photos should be named to match Item ID as follows:
You may also name them as follows:
When photography occurs, make sure your photographer saves the images according to the Item ID # with the proper extension. Images are placed in order based on the extension: -1 (first image), -2 (second image), -3 (third image), etc. or a, b, c, etc.
No Limit on number of images per/item
Choose method of import (select files or drag-and-drop)
Results will display along with errors

2) Auction Image Import
Upload photos by Auction
Select Auction to upload images to:
Photos can be named in 2 ways: Item ID # or Auction Lot #. Choose Naming format:
Photos must be renamed to match Auction Lot # as follows:

Choose method of import (select files or drag-and-drop)
Images are placed in order based on the extension: -1 (first image), -2 (second image), -3 (third image), etc.
Results will display along with errors

Important Note: Photos uploaded on this page will automatically be marked in the item record file as "Photographed" and "Locked". They will replace any temporary images that were uploaded on the Item of Create Receipt pages. Later, when the "Missing Auction Images" report is run, the results will display any item images that are not "Locked".

3) Auction Image Export
By selecting the export icon, you can download all of the images for a particular auction to a Zip file for use with 3rd party aggregators such as Bidsquare, Liveauctioneers, etc.
4) Image Reports
“Missing Auction Images” : search on a particular auction, return all results for images that are not “Locked”.
