In the use of Timed Auctions, you can set extended bidding for all items. In the example below, if a web bidder places a bid on an item within 5 minutes of the closing time, the item will remain open for an additional 15 minutes - and this action will repeat until no more bidding is registered. On the website, the notice will be generated: "Extended bidding is in effect".

6) User Bidding Registration
Check "Registered Users are Auto-Approved to Bid" if you wish to allow all website registrants to bid without any approval process. No other actions are necessary at this point and anyone who registers on your website through the FWS plugin will be permitted to bid in any auction.
If un-checked, you have the option to set up an approval process for auction registration and then any or all of the following actions may be applied:
1) Request manual Approval: if checked, any prospective bidder will be added to a list of bidders and the auctioneer will have the chance to research and then approve bidders one-at-a-time.
2) Have address and Phone Info on File: the system will check to be sure the bidder's information is up-to-date and prompt them to add information that is required.
3) Have credit card on file: site user must submit credit card information at the time of auction registration in order to receive approval to bid in an auction. This is handled on the auctioneer's website using 3rd party credit card gateway services. FWS does NOT retain any credit card information on the site.
