Property Receipt Forms: Once property has been receipted under Create / View Receipts, this routine allows you to create a printed/email form for your consignor client.
***May only be used once a Receipt has been created in Create / View Receipts and the receipt has items.

1) Create Property Receipt:
Step 1: Click on Create Property Receipt": takes you to the list of Receipts available for Property Receipt form creation:
Step 2: Search on a receipt, or use pencil icon to select a Receipt to use, review or modify.
Step 3: Choose the Property Receipt Template you wish to use at the top of the page. Templates are created under Property Receipt Templates. You can have various templates with different terms, completely customizable. Select items you wish to include on the Property Receipt, click “Create Property Receipt”.

2) The next screen you will view is Print Property Receipt
Step 1: Print, Email or Save Property Receipt
Print Pickup Receipt page defaults to the “ Use the default template” - the original template chosen by the User when the receipt was created. If you want to add special language to the template - special information to display to the client - choose “Use an alternate template version” and you will be able to modify the language used in the email and printed versions of the Property Receipt form. When selecting the option to “Use an alternate template version”, the template will display at the bottom of the page along with short codes allowing the user to change the information printed on the form:
Note: when making modifications to the Property Receipt template, certain codes may be introduced to the template that will allow data to be pulled from the database directly. These codes appear in the WYSIWYG toolbar and include these functions:

[consignor-rates] : Displays the list of rates associated with the consignor when applicable.
[consignor-name] : Displays the name of the consignor.
[consignor-address] : Displays your consignor address.
[item-list] : Displays the list of items assigned to the contract.
[company-logo] : Displays your company logo.
[current-date] : Displays the current date the contract is printed on.
Options available for processing Property Receipt form:
“VIEW / Print” - allows you to display form to the screen and print and SAVE. The SAVE feature will create a PDF and download it to your computer.
“EMAIL” - allows you to email the form as a PDF to the consignor of record. The consignor’s address will automatically be User’s email.
SAVE” - automatically downloads a PDF version of the Property Receipt form for later use.

3) Property Receipt Form Templates
This is the area where Property Receipt form templates can be created and customized. The templates created here are then selected when creating a new Property Receipt. FWS provides a standard template that can then be modified by your company.
Step 1: Create NEW or SELECT the Property Receipt Template you wish to modify
Step 2: Create / Modify Receipt Template:
Use the Short Codes available to pull information from the database, and add text to the form to create a customized form. You can create as many versions as needed. The company can create a form for different locations, different types of customers with variable consignor rates, etc.

4) Property Receipt Item List Template
The most important feature on the Property Receipt is the list of items consigned by your customer.
FWS allows you to display information about the items consigned in your custom format. Note the list of Short Codes available and the many options for listing information about the items being consigned.
