This report is a PDF download. It allows the user to view an entire sale visually even before the items have lot numbers. You can sub-sort by category to include ONLY the items pertaining to a category or category sub-set.
- Choose an auction
- Select categories you wish to view
- Include, or exclude itmes that already have Auctuion Lot Numbers
- Click "View" to download PDF

Catalog Item Listing:
- This "Catalog Creator" is a simple way to generate printed catalog listings "on the fly" by using a template builder.
- Choose the auction you wish to create a catalog listing for, choose the template you wish to generate, then "Go" will create the catalog.
- Once the catalog displays to the screen you can print it (mouse "right click") and also save it as a PDF.
