Accounts Receivable

A complete report detailing every buyer’s purchases and amounts due, including payments made. Select the “View Unpaid Only” and the report will hide all of the fully paid accounts. This makes it possible for the AR clerk to easily identify outstanding invoices.  (Option to export to Excel)

Settlement Summary

Report includes a detailed summary of all Consignors and their property, sold and unsold. Listing includes hammer price, auctioneer’s commission, auctioneer’s retained fees, auctioneer’s insurance charge and the Net Due to the consignor. (Option to export to Excel)

Executive Summary

Report includes a listing of all Account Executives, the list of assigned property for the particular auction, and their detailed compensation based on the Auctioneer’s commission retained from the seller. (Option to export to Excel)

High Bidders

For any type of auction, view the current high bid and associated bidder number
