Phone Bids

Phone Bids: Phone Bids that are left on the Front-End website by website registrants and all phone bids keyed in by auction employees will be listed under Phone Bids

How to register a phone reservation/bid 

• Collapse / Uncollapse bid history allows Admin to view ALL Phone Bids, or only 2 records for each item for fast review. Bidder names are hot-linked to User profile page.
• Add/Edit/View Phone Bids
• Search by Item Name / Lot #
• Search by Bidder Name and/or Bidder Number (paddle number)
• Timestamp will automatically display when entering Phone bids (can be changed)
• Add Bidder Number
• Add Lot Number
• Add Insurance Bid Amount if bidder cannot be reached by phone (this will display on the phone report)
• Add Phone Contact Number 1
• Add Phone Contact Number 2
• Add Phone Contact Number 3 
• SAVE AND ENTER or strike “Enter” key on the keyboard button to place bid
• Last bid amount and bidder number will display to screen for verification

Assign Phone Operators:  FWS system will auto-generate phone calling lists for use during an auction.

  Click this tab on the Phone Bids page

 

1. Assign the number of lots required between each call to allow the operators to contact the next Phone Bidder

2. Assign all the phone operators who will be working the auction and their availability during the auction

3. Auto-generate the phone list and re-assign individual items if needed

4. Additional items that were unable to be assigned because of the parameters set can be additionally assigned to other Phone operators on a case-by-case basis. These items will be listed as "Operator: ---Unassigned Operator ----"

 

 Print the Operator List for distribution to Phone Bid Operators
