Firearms Settings:

A company can activate FWS comprehensive features related to the handling of modern firearms. FWS will track User's FFL licensing and expiration dates, assign modern firearms information to an ATF-approved electronic firearms acquisition and disposition book. All firearms received and logged into the FWS inventory management area can be assigned to an electronic acquisition and disposition book created by the FWS administrator. This book is a complete record meeting ATF guidelines and can be printed for ATF review.

Once the firearms electronic books are created, they are ATF-approved for managing the accession and disposition of modern firearms.
