Firearms Receipt Record

Firearms items logged into FWS and are listed as a "Firearm" on the Receipt will be automatically added to an ATF-approved digital record book. You can create books that serve your needs; for example, you might have books titled "2016 FFL / C&R" and another for "2016 Class 3" to indicate all the firearms inventoried by calendar year.

When Receipting a firearm under Create/View Receipts, and if it is a firearms, certain data fields will be available for specific information that will then appear on your ATF book:

 

The book listing contains all of the items assigned to it, including Description, Receipt information and Disposition.
